Yes, it could be wheat. It can be very damaging to the intestines and the sinuses, as I've found out too. I also get really tired. I've cut out all but the slightest amount of wheat, and it's made a big difference. The cookbook mentioned in the following link may be of interest to you. GOOD LUCK.
