Re: Question for Anyone that has fasted for weight loss and had success

They lost ALOT. One friend was very heavy to begin with, around 270-280 (5'10") he lost about 60-70 lbs. Another friend was about the same weight (5'7") and lost 90 lbs. Both of them were male..and yes it was very visible. The one who lost the most did maintain his weight, the other one who lost 60 lbs. ended up drinking beer and eating pizza, lol, he gained it all back within 2 months or so.

It's very different for everyone, some feel sick to their stomach and can't go on others find relief through prayer.
