Hello Fluff. I hope you know that if you eat Salmon, you are not a vegetarian. Salmon is not a vegetable. That being said, on to your request for protein info...As mentioned in an earlier post, 40 grams of protein is what is required for the average person to meet basic dietary needs. Sprouted seeds, nuts, whole grains, vegetables, legumes all have ample usable protein without the wear and tear on your liver, kidneys, the planet or sentient beings! (meaning animals, yes, I mean fish too...they have a central nervous system!)

Please read "Becoming Vegan" or go to Veg.com or just search this site (curezone) a bit more and you'll get all the assistance you need.

Ask your friend who says you can't get protein without meat this; " How does the cow that you want me to eat for protein get her protein if she doesn't eat meat?"...Hmmmmm?
