Re: I would like some input please.
I already know that Andreas would tell you that you do not need a protein supplement.
The protein supplement, in general, is a bad idea, and the soy in general is a bad idea. Especially since it's an isolate.
Overall I didn't think your diet sounded too junky. You might want to force yourself to eat more salads. That's what I had to start doing, because I didn't really like salads, but now I'm starting to come around. Did you realize that green veggies such as spinach, broccoli, romaine, etc. are more than 40% protein by calories? Of course it takes a LOT of those veggies to get the calories. And the liver stores individual amino acids at least a day, probably more, and assembles them only when it is ready to use them. Thus, amino acid combining and protein supplements are really not necessary. The B12 supplement is a good idea, it is best taken with folic acid. Not sure about a full-spectrum supplement, those can be pretty hard on your liver.
If you get a chance you might also want to include fresh juice into your diet. But no, I thought your diet sounded decent. We all have room to improve, of course. That's why I hang around curezone! :-)
