Have you tried juicing. My understanding is that when you make a major change in diet, it takes some time for the digestive system to get used to it. The nutrients in fresh juices will be absorbed better than the whole food. I too am switching to a raw diet and from what I've read and what people tell me, it is probably a good idea to get a juicer and do a juice fast for atleast a few days. Get back to the solid stuff gradually and if it helps. Also, have you ever done a bowel cleanse?
