Actually im not fasting to lose weight and by enough fat i mean im aroung 13-15%. Im doing it for spiritual reasons and something in my body just told me to do it, ironically i just remembered yesterday that it is lent and that wasnt even on my mind.Kinda makes me think. Also this is not my first fast. I have juice fasted and tea fasted each time about 3 days. I have never water only fasted but i think i can handle it. Im on my fourth day and i feel great...only minor fatigue and from what i have been reading the worst parts are almost over. Im not obsessed with muscles or anything i just have been reading how fasting will not use up your muscle..only fat and toxins and i didnt think that was the whole truth. I just got kinda angry when i thought i was coming to the best place for advise and after reading every post thier was i noticed so many contradictions that i got upset because somebody could really get hurt or die if they get wrong advise. ive read of people recomending fasting for a week..breaking it with whatever you want i.e. meat and beer. Im not joking some chick did this and didnt see anything wrong with it and was replying to alot of posts telling people how to fast. I just think you should definetly support these people but not give advise unless you are qualified to do so.
