It has a plan for life, with unlimited quantities of food available, that it is impossible to gain weight even eating all you possibly can, as well as providing superior nutrition.
Once you reach your goal weight, which you will while all you want and being motivated from the research and benefits, then you can begin to address whether you need to fast or not. You may feel well enough that there is no need. Get the cause of your overweight in control first. Fasting is not the best way to do this. Some are successful, but many more are not, at getting permanent weight loss through fasting.
