Dear Toastie!(what a delicious nick name !), You said you wanted something that your husband and children would drink!! These they will! I know the theory on drinking fruit juices separately , but certainly these recipes are very palatable and a marvellous kicking off point, especially when you have 'suspicious 'members of the family !! These recipes are a good way of ...gentle persuasion...!! If you want to catch a fish(pardon the analogy!!) then you have to think like a fish!
