I know protein is not the ideal addative to fasting. But my ND told me not to fast on just juice, to add protein. This is for me specifically. If I add just flaxseed and sprouted almonds will I damamge my body? Or am I just turning a fast into a detox.

Also, I cant make fresh juice at work. But they have a freezer. I was going to make fresh in the am, put ice in it, and keep it in the freezer till lunch. Is this still better than buying bottled?
