you should get one of the many great juicing books like the one by steve meyerowitz, its very cheap used on amazon.
my latest favorite is LOTS of spinach, with an apple and some lemon. very tasty. spinach is a real superfood, high in calcium, potassium and magnesium, all of the critical minerals. i will put 10 - 12 oz. of spinach juice in one drink. then one apple and the juice from half a lemon.
