Re: spirulina

Spirulina is an excellent source of protein and other great vites and mins. However, I'd hold off until after the fast to take it. You don't want anything to stop your body from going into autolysis. Ingesting protein can stop this from happening.

I know there are people who take spirulina while fasting, but I'm going to trust what I've read, and not do something that could cause my fast to NOT do what it's supposed to. To fast for X amount of days and then find out you did it wrong, would really erk me, if ya know I mean. lol :)
