Hi all,

I did my first SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning at 8am - 1 quart water, 2 tablespoons Sea Salt . Now, at 10:30pm, I have gained 3 pounds. Is this temporary? Is it from the SWF? How long does this last?
