Thanks, I think i'm not getting enough water. Water is 16 oz bottles and juice is 8 oz glasses. This is also my first fast.

There are times when I don't want to drink because i'm out and not able to get to a bathroom. With all this water I have to drink, I think i'm going to attach a catheter.:)
