So I have decided that the 30 day fast is like a mini Christian lifetime. There are many ups and downs. The trials always bring a blessing. And when you deny your fleshly desires with the furture in sight, you reap the benefits when the fast is done.- Re: The mini lifetime livingwater

This is a reply to # 681,064Thanks, I think i'm not getting enough water. Water is 16 oz bottles and juice is 8 oz glasses. This is also my first fast.
There are times when I don't want to drink because i'm out and not able to get to a bathroom. With all this water I have to drink, I think i'm going to attach a catheter.:)
