Don't know about the stones thing... but i read, and it seems to be really true, that when mine comes out more yellow, rather than the clear white, that that's fat cells coming out, means you're really burning off and getting rid of fat! ( i use beets too)
Whatever it is, it's gotta be a good thing...i just didn't know what you may have meant by difference between milky color and yellow. Tweet
