Urine while fasting - questions

This is my first actually healthy fast, I'm doing a raw vegan juice fast. I'm currently on day 8. I had some questions for more experienced fasters about what you might notice with your urine as you fast. I've been drinking a lot of water, so I've had plenty of urine lately to observe, lol!
I've noticed that sometimes it's very clear - but sometimes it is sort of milky. There have even been times when I thought I noticed specks of something in it - just tiny, but notice particles of something. I haven't noticed this before. I read on some website about kidney flushes that you can liquify and pass stones. But I don't know if the juice fast alone would be causing this. I noticed it particularly more on the days I juiced beets, which makes me wonder if something about the beets would change the quality of the urine.
But does anyone know why it would look milky? Could I be putting too much stress on my kidneys? Or do you think that they are just detoxing? I have felt no kidney pain, had no fevers, so I'm not worried about an infection. I'm not prone to kidney infections, anyway.
Any ideas - or observations about your own urinary changes while fasting? I'm especially interested in the longer term fasters, since I plan to go for thirty days at the very least with this fast.
TIA!
