Great job! I'm on day 8 of a juice fast, and I love watching everyone that's a little ahead of me, so I know what I'm in store for.
What happened with your SWF? I did one last Friday. It was terrible. I only got down about 20 of the 32 oz you are supposed to drink, and I didn't think it would work. It took awhile, but it finally did after an hour and a half or so. It was just so gross I don't really want to do it again.
How are the enemas working for you? And what kind/where did you purchase them? Did you already know how to use them, or did you get instructions online? If you have a good resource or tips for that, let me know, because I think I'd rather do that than the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) again.
Also, how was the colonic? Was it embarassing to do? I'm kind of private about the contents of my colon, but I'm very interested in trying one. Do you think it is worth the money?
