Day 2, First fast ever for me. And some questions! (Arthritis)
I have started Juice fasting, originally I was going to do
The Master Cleanse but I thought it was a bit to extreme for a beginner like myself.

Just a few questions
Taking Senna pods before I go to bed, is this enough for eliminating the horrible stuff?
Drinking on average around 2 litres of Water per day, and I am
juicing about 3-4 half pint glasses, I feel great so I'm sure it's a good balance.
I use the following fruit/vegetables mostly,
Carrots
Apples
Pears
Lemon
Parsley
Strawberries
Celery
Ginger
I usually suffer from quite a bad back but I have noticed a signifficant decrease in pain.
Oh yeh one more question, what about taking oils whilst on a Juice fast?
I have Olive Oil, and Cod Liver oil which I sometimes take with soup when my
Arthritis flares up. I have been clicking and crunching somewhat on this fast, and it would be nice to add some oils in for my joints.
