Not off topic at all. Zeta potential control is central to chelation of metals in the blood and is greatly overlooked by the vast majority of, but no all, practitioners. Some try to chelate mercury without considering it, and then frustrate over imagined reasons why their results are less than optimal, and argue with others; hence it is no surprise that ignorance of zeta potential has indirectly caused a lot of chaos.
