You know, everything went back to normal except my appetite. I think I realized for the first time how little a person really needs to eat. I was eliminating still on day 145. It wasn't anything near as bad as it was when I started thou. As far as the weightloss goes, I did lose a lot of weight (I had a good amount to lose)but my body slowly stopped losing weight towards the end. Then one day I had a huge hunger pang (hunger had gone away completely) and I knew it was time to start eating again.
