I am not in a fast right now, but am preparing for one. Gotta get my diet squared away and the nagging wheat and dairy demons under control. I think once this happens the weight will fall off. I am 5'9 190 (male) and my weight fluctuates daily with my consumption of the above products.
My goal is to go into the 170 range. I think if nothing else, a fast, or at least a cleansing diet with juices would be a neededbreak. My guess also is that this is tied into the BP, but I'll have to lose the weight to find out.
Best of luck to you. If you are shooting for 60, is this supervised? How did you get through hour-by-hour the first three days, when the jungle drums are screaming at you the most to eat?
