I think the juice fast will help you a lot with your sinus problems and fatigue. I just completed a juice fast and while I was on it felt the best I have felt in years!! So much energy and strength and happiness too!
If you have a look at the Ask MH Forum , there is a lot of great info there about juice fasting. I followed the Orange juice fast that MH recommends. He has a free booklet you can down load which is a treasure you can read the rest of your life! It contains all the basics for good health for you and your future children if you have them. MH also says that a juice fast is a great way to rid the body of any addictions including smoking and drinking. I am guessing someone like your dad may have some heavy detox effects on the fast, he may need some direction or supervision. I believe the OJ fast is something that can help just about everyone! You are definitely on the right track taking an interest in natural healing at this stage in your life.
