Thanks for the response. I was wondering which "master cleanse" are you recommending, because there seem to be a few different ones? I was also wondering about this "rope like" stuff that we are supposed to be getting rid of, and haven't seen a thing yet. I am scheduled for a colonic on Friday. I spoke with the tech today who said this should be happening?? This is my third day any thoughts??
