Well it's the last day of my fast. I started at 198.5 and now I'm 186. I actually gained a pound today - but I think it's because of my period. Anyways, I really don't feel like stopping my fast, but I know that I need to. What I want to do is really concentrate on the refeeding process. I have changed my dietary habits with weight watchers and have maintained a 40 pound weight loss for 4 years. So I just want to tweak my eating habits, reduce my meat and processed foods and eat more organic meat and vegetables. I understand you are supposed to break a fast with raw fruit and veges for a week, and then you can start adding things with fat in them? Has anyone been able to keep loosing after a fast with such a diet?? Thanks.
