I just did 48 days of the Master Cleanse, and am now doing ten of juice. I started at 190 and have lost over 40
pounds and look and feel pretty durn good!!!
I started this whole show with a month of fruits and veggies. Very easy, very healthy. It starts the cleansing process, and I lost weight from the get go. I will do another month of the same, gradually adding fish, chicken breast, whole grains and beans, but with the main focus on fresh, raw fruits and vegetables.
You cannot go wrong by switching your focus from meat to fruits and vegetables. Meat is not a great thing for most of us, and really not necessary! There are so many great sites on healthy eating and diet, and virtually all of them recommend steering clear of red meat.
My poor intestines were so clogged with garbage from eating the wrong foods for years, that I have been over two years working to clear them and am STILL NOT DONE!
What a saga!
