Re: starting juice fast--any others fasting now?

Hi Nik,

I am on the third day of my juice fast and would love to have a chat buddy. I did a 7 day fast last month and it was great. I want to do a full 30 days this time. I could use all the support I can get. One challenge I'm having is that my family and friends as skeptics on this issue. I am hoping my results will be a testament to make them believers.
