Agreed, though I think there's better ways to deal with it. Anger comes from emotional problems and it's better to get ahold of the problem and solve it rather then just get angry. If you notice, people make themselves get angry a lot of the time when there's really no reason to, and the liver has to filter this out. But I definitely agree that coming to full face with past problems helps, with both yourself and others. You have to forgive people and yourself as well.
