Hi,

If the liver fluhes aren't working for you, get Andreas Moritz ' book "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush". There's a slightly different Liver-Flush procedure there with a preparation period that softens the stones. That really made the difference for me after 6-8 totally unproductive LFs last year following another protocol.

I've done four successful flushes now and my skin is the best it has been in years. Still a way to go though.
