acne at temples

I know I read somewhere that Acne on differents parts of your face could be linked to different organs, although not the only cause for acne. I just completed a Master Cleanse and have done a colon/ parasite cleanse and two successful liverflushes. My skin is almost flawless, except for four red pimples all on my right temple (when looking in the mirror). I think I remember the temples being linked to colon (?) but I'm not sure. Does anyone know where I could find some info on this???
