hello there,
My son had a case of the same on his chest and stomach area. It seems it was from
carpooling with another family that also had it, but not sure if it passes that easily.
I remember that the derm was freezedrying them with this cold spray. Also he was to
apply something like polysporin, but it may have been called bactrim. It's been along
time since he had it, and since then he's developed tinea versicolor, then acne. Think
our immune systems are sort of weak. Sorry not to be of more help. But you may just
need to see an md to get rid of the condition, I don't know of a natural method for it.
