This happened to me too. I suggest u stop the p&b shakes. stop all the hard work! p&b shakes r just a cheap way to get ur bowels clean. U need to spend money to get rid of that gunk in ur bowels in one hit. Go and get ur colon cleaned by colonic irregation. Buy an enema kit. Please. Yes P&B shakes sound cheap and magical, but u have no more time to waste living life with acne.

I was on the shakes and my face broken out into the biggest mess. yes i also didnt drink enough water and it actually constipated me for 5 days.
