Re: Acne gets worse with P&B shakes, what should I do?

Yes I ordered my sister some Colosan a few weeks ago. I use it here and there. From what i feel, the enemas are way better. The colosan is very good for liquefying old fecal matter, its not a bad choice. I just find the enemas to make me feel energized and ready to do whatever. i add himalayan crystal salt, and liquid chlorophyll to my water. I can sort of feel my skin (and body) revitalizing itself after a good enema. Its just amazing how such a simple procedure can have such a great effect on the body. Colosan just isnt the same. (but it is good!)
