some believe that products like Oxypowder and colosan can be used in place of enemas/colonics. all you have to do is swallow some pills ( Oxypowder ) or some powder (colosan). but many people still recommend colonics or enemas. i'm not sure why, because the Oxypowder and colosan are supposed to clean out the whole intestinal tract. anyway, you should look into these products.
