Once you are **100%** healed, producing enough bile and enzymes and don't have a LEAKY GUT, you can eat a LOT of things... but you just can't abuse it, or you'll get back to that unhealthy state.
I supplement with Garden Of Life living multi and a few other things like enzymes and Yogi Tea.
I eat a lot of avocado with lemon/olive oil (calories, nutrients, good fats, etc).
I drink natural orange juice with omega 3 egg yolks (taste great).
I may eat probiotic yogurth from time to time.
I eat fruits.
Chicken... all kinds of meats... steamed veggies, Eggs....
With all the snacks, I try to stay 100% raw and stick with only highly nutritive foods.
