Re: Neck Acne.
Yea, those commercial cereal products are poisen. I was just like you when I was younger, a cereal junkie. Used to go through a box in two days.
If you are going to eat any cereal, it should be hot, whole grain cereal. Bob's Red Mill offers a lot of good whole grain cereals. I always have Brown Rice Farina, Buckwheat, Scottish Oatmeal/Irish Oats (but you need to watch out if you have a gluten-intolerance), and Quinoa Flakes in stock. All you have to do is cook 'em in a pot with some water, flavor it with ghee/olive oil, virgin coconut oil (
www.nutiva.com or
www.tropicaltraditions.com some Almond milk, and a touch of stevia extract/cinnamon/ginger. It's just as good tasting (not to mention better for you!).
You really should only have one serving of a cereal grain product once a day. It would be good to rotate them too. Besides cereals try incorporating sweet potatoes, basmati rice w/ mung beans, squash, and loads of cooked veggies.
