Neck Acne.

Ok, im getting a little annoyed now with the horrible Acne i get on my neck right below my ears. Its worse than the rest of my face. Im planning on doing my second Liver Flush this upcoming week, as it is my sping vacation. However, i've been told that Acne on the neck is caused by congested lymph. What can i do for a congested lymph? And where exactly are the lymphs located? Any advice would be helpful. Im a compulsive pimple picker, so I only make them look worse. I need to get rid of it. I am using hydrogen peroxide, and it works wonders. But my goodness, does it sting. (And dyes my facial hair) Especially after all the picking. Doh! I cant help it. I dont even want to go to school.
