Re: acne clearing up

The review of tested red mark/scar reduction products is under the forum for red marks in the messageboard section of www.acne.org (look down left hand side of the home page for message board), then head to red marks after Acne forum and the top section has products which have been tried and tested for members. My skin started to change last year with bona fide Acne breaking out in July 2004.

I have done the Bowel Cleanse (used Oxypowder and P&B shakes), the parasite cleanse (2 wks on Dr Clarks tincture), nettle tincture for my kidney and 4 Liver Flushes (you are recommended to flush with the new moon as it can increase the amount of stones and chaff flushed - it appears to be true as I have flushed non- new moon and new moon and I seem to produce more stones!).

I will do the kidney 'properly' with watermelons later once my liver is clear as I was too impatient to see my breakouts disappear. The Liver Flushes worked for me - I am free of breakouts and get about 1-2 tiny pimple (no cysts, whiteheads) per week) and I'll continue till I am clear of liver/gall stones and my old clear pimple free skinis back!
