Well done you are an inspiration! It keeps me going to hear stories like yours. I am going to do an enema now; it does sound like the bowel thing is of the utmost. I remember Shelley saying in one post that she never really started to clear her candida until she started doing regular enemas.
I cannot afford colonics, but what I do is this I fill a one-litre enema bucket and have a jug with another litre next to it. I then refill when the first litres gone down, so I am getting a 2-litre enema, which is the closest thing, I believe to a colonic. I was wondering about using the ACV, because I have done this and I think particularly if you use one with the mother in (one that’s cloudy) then you are also addressing friendly bacteria. The thing is I stopped because I read somewhere here that there may be mould in ACV and it would not be wise to do this. Do you know if this is true because has you said this seemed very effective with the whole clearing thing?
Thanks and well done you deserve it after all the effort...Moonie
