I dont know if I mentioned that I'm based in the UK, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to get the products you have mentioned, but I shall certainly investigate.

I am about to start a cleanse too, so hopefully that will help.

I didn’t know that you could have hormones tested individually. Maybe I should investigate this too.

I am Male by the way so the ‘make up’ issue doesn’t affect me.
