One last thing

Please educate yourself and do a Bowel Cleanse as well. Do NOT make the mistake of doing a liverflush and not following it up with an enema or colonic. I am serious! I tried telling people at an Acne board to not do this, and they ignored me and flushed and did not do an enema and got terrible breakouts. This happened to me too, because I didn't know that releasing all those stones without doing an enema could make me break out terribly. When all those toxins, stones, chaff, etc....all come into the colon, if there is a lot of blockage or debris, all that stuff, if it doesn't get removed via an anema, colonic, etc....gets recirculated through the liver. The burden on the liver becomes enormous, and you get terrible breakouts as the toxins come through the skin.

Please avoid this by doing an enema or getting a colonic the day after you flush.

Matter of fact, I would say that you should start doing psyllium and Bentonite shakes right now to prepare your body for the flush. Please read the bowel cleansing faqs carefully, and add that in; just one a day for now. Try to eat well too.
