I would start taking probiotics (and Kefir if you consume dairy) immediately after your last dose of Antibiotics . This will help prevent candida from overtaking your body and causing more problems. Got city water? Chlorine kills the good bacteria in your body when you drink city water, so get a water filter if you drink or cook from the tap. Also you can get a shower-head filter for showering so the chlorine doesn't harm your skin.
