I am currently an user of Leo's Program. There are five steps. But there are two steps that are the fix the root problem which are bowel and liver cleanse. My skin oilness and Acne has decrease through time little bit but I havent completed this program yet. I am currently on last step. Liver Cleanse. This program is going to last you for few months unfortunately. No quick fix. But who knows if you take omega 3 oil that may help to reduce your skin oilyness?
Taking EFA (essential fatty acid) is the step number one of this program. Ok, let me outline those five steps.

1. Take EFAs to bring hormone in balance
2. Eat right diet, (dont ask me about diet :) )
3. Bowel Cleanse n Regeneration
4. Kill Candida
5. Liver cleanse and regeneration
