I have a rash around mouth, nose nad inbetween eyes(the top of nose) It looks like rosacea a little bumpy, but it is around mouth and nose. Could it be parasite infection causing this? I am on paragone but don't have a zapper. Should I apply h202 on my face? Any suggestions.
