Could someone please tell me what "the book" is? I seen numerious books referenced in this forum and would like to know which one is most popular. I would like to do a "complete" cleanse and don't wish to experiment. I'm sure there's a certain amount of personal preference when it comes to selecting a cleansing program. One of the more experienced forum members should post a review of all the cleansing programs based on popularity, duration, results, and approximate cost. This would be very helpful to new members like myself. ;o)
