Yes, it sure can. It's referred to as The Ultimate Cleanse if you do the mc while also doing the bp shakes and a parasite cleanse at the same time. Or you can do just one of them, which in your case would be the b and the p. Here's a very good post from the bowel cleanse forum that explains a lot about the bp shakes, which, unfortunately, don't actually taste much like shakes - at least not any shake I've ever tasted ;) But they do work, that much is certain.
