Re: Salt water flushing and toilet timing

Hi! Congrats on planning to take this incredible step for your health!

When I used the SWF, I was always "finished" within 2-3 hours. So, like many others, I set the alarm for a few hours before I normally get up. I took it around 4 am. Then reset the alarm for 6 am, and was out the door by 7. I never did have any problems, and I have an hour drive to Sacramento. I was so worried the first time (I drive through a canyon - no restrooms for about 20 minutes), that I actually wore one of Great-Granny's incontinence pads - but I didn't need to. I can't believe now that I stressed so much about it.

My only problem with the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is that only a little came out the first time. I gained 3 pounds water weight that day. But I just increased the salt measurement a little, and it worked well after that.

Best wishes to you for your successful fast, whenever you decide to do it!
