it would be a really good idea to follow up your flush with a colonic....

and make sure you are well hydrated...and taking a tbls. of flax or hemp oil every day...

it might also hep to get something like Dr. Schulze s Superfood, to get all the vitamins you need.....

It will get easier and better.... sometimes it just get a little worse as its on its way out....!!
