Lapis, so true...

I'm JUST learning to be my own best friend.....I had my husband completely baffled as I was cracking myself up just this morning. and last night too! My teenage daughter said " I'm glad you amuse yourself" (she was NOT amused) My 11 year old son said "I'm laughing at you. You are so funny Mom". And my husband--he is still puzzled. He doesn't 'get me' yet. I just realized from what you said that I am becoming my own best friend.....I have the kind you were speaking of, and I love them dearly. Now, I'm learning to make myself laugh, and it's a wonderful feeling. It is great to laugh again. Life is good. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
