I was restless from the pinging pain in my back for the last few days. I woke up to the pain three times in the middle of the night. I had picked up some boneset during the day but had not tried it yet upon going to sleep. Around 3AM, I could not sleep and made up some boneset tea. The first half cup had a mildly bitter taste so the rest I mixed with a little honey to take the edge off. In 30 minutes or so the pain was gone. As with natural remedies, I couldn't tell if I would have been rid of the pain anyway but I was able to go to sleep. Today the pain did come back but only in a much diminshed form. I tried a cup with the boneset but this time I added a dash of apricot-seed and a pinch of saw palmetto for fun. I willl tell you how it goes tomorrow. Thank you for the tip.
Update: I sle[t all night like a stone. I even dreamed in colors. I woke up this morning with no lower back pain. I am going to add boneset to my Flu body ache protocol. Thanks again.
