I use the same brand that you do. It is my experience that some people can handle pure fat better than others. I can't bear to eat the oil by the spoonful, but my mother is perfectly comfortable eating it that way. I prefer to use it for cooking everything, and on occasion I use it in smoothies. I also bake with it, and add it to my veggies during steaming. I have found these alternate ways are better for me, and do not cause me any difficulties.
